Content and License

Course content is licensed for your personal use. Do not redistribute without permission.

• Downloading is permitted for offline personal learning where explicitly enabled.
• Reproduction, public display, or resale of content is prohibited without written consent.
• Any templates or resources provided remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Practice and individual effort influence results.

• Content is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.
• We are not liable for incompatibilities with your devices or third-party software.

Payments & Billing

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring amounts if you enroll in subscription-based offerings.

• Accepted methods may include major cards and regional options where available.
• All transactions may be processed by trusted payment partners.

• Chargebacks: We may suspend access during dispute investigations.

Subscriptions & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled prior to renewal.

• Cancel renewal anytime from your account settings to avoid future charges.
• Partial periods are not prorated unless required by law.
• Promotional pricing may apply only to the initial term.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible standalone courses if less than 20% of the course has been completed. Subscriptions may be canceled for the next period.

• Abuse of refund policy (e.g., repeated requests) may lead to account limitations.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
• Processing times vary by bank and region.

User Conduct

Help keep our community respectful and safe. Do not engage in harassment, cheating, or any unlawful activity on the platform.

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without permission.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other learners and instructors.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and course materials are the property of Amber Ridge Clay School or its licensors.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

• Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.
